On Sunday we were blessed with some amazing views as clouds rolled in over the Stroud Valleys. This timelapse was shot on the Panasonic GH4 - I also managed to get some nice aerial footage nearby but that's destined for other projects and not yet ready for the public domain!
One point I would like to make to anyone seeing someone piloting a UAV/drone is to not approach them (even for a friendly chat) when they are flying. Please let them land safely first and try to avoid distracting them. Some of us take the safety and privacy aspects of UAV flying very seriously, and do all we can to avoid contact whilst flying so we can concentrate. Please help us to keep everyone safe - there's a lot to think about with keeping an eye on the video feed, various parameters, the drone itself, whilst also looking out for anyone approaching the area. Anyway, moan over - it's great to chat to enthusiasts too, just bare in mind the aforementioned - thanks!
Hope you enjoy the TL, and drop us a line if you'd like to see more of this sort of thing?
